The tea, directions and tea ware are always a delight to us! I especially liked the double walled tulip shaped. Clear glass cups. My family is from The Netherlands, so it spoke to me immediately. AND so well packaged. Tea is so much more enjoyable if you count, aroma, taste, and color seen through the clear glass cups

The teas are incredibly fragrant and delicious. I love having so many varieties to try. Drinking my tea every morning feels like a very luxurious experience.

Great experience! Love the loose leaf tea! Quick shipping, great customer service!

Shipping was great - packaged well so no breakage.

This was not an expensive tea pot, and it works great, enjoying heating my water, and brewing my tea with this new tea pot! Also, there was no shipping fee, and it arrived within about a week of me ordering it. No complaints so far!
