I requested my order be delayed until 2 weeks and I got a confirmation that it would be delayed and yet I still got the order and my card was charged. I am not home and unfortunately all that food will go to waste

Ordering on website is bad
Subscription ordering on phone using website is lousy. Ads run on top. System makes automatic selections and they ship out food even when I select skip.
