Food went bad

Food arrived hot no refrigeration at all

The curry was bland lacking salt. The cauliflower was completely mashed. Only masala paratha was good.

Food is not cook Indian style, no spices need sautéing with onion and tomatoes to make it proper.

I had specifically mentioned a comment ol for mild spice levels but the food delivered to me was spicy. Though it tasted good but was not as per the mentioned spice levels.
