Delivery was slow, hard to track delivery. Communication needs improvement.

Why would you run out of original VT, take so long to replace it, and then replace it with a different recipe? It’s bad.

It took too many attempts contacting customer service to obtain refund. The customer service phone number on the packing slip was a disconnected number.

Chocolate was ok, definitely a coconut aftertaste, can't say anything good about the vanilla.

Will be sending back the two things of protein powder!!!
