This is The Goat. Our Butcher recommended it for the Duroc Bone-in Pork Roast we served for Christmas. I usually make my own rub but we thought “let’s try it” and by the time everyone had scarfed up their Christmas Dinner, they were all asking what did we do to that Pork Roast? They were bonkers over it, too. Now we have a BIG ole container of it!

Great mix of heat with a touch of sweet. May want to go a bit sparingly at first - depending on how much heat you like. Made the cinnamon rolls and they were fab. I did back off the heat a bit, which was perfect for my whole family.
