I love this red splatter salad bowl. I have a red themed kitchen and it fits in perfectly. It is gorgeous. Also, I have to review Sous Chef, in general. I ordered other items - food ones. I haven't used any yet, so can't comment, but the service, delivery and packaging was first class. My order arrived in a timely manner in a lovely box and everything in it was carefully wrapped in environmentally free paper. There was a small information booklet about Sous Chef and some of their products and their ethos. It showed complete care for the products and the customer. I love Italian food and products, but they have a large range in other cuisines and products I haven't found elsewhere. I will definitely be using Sous Chef again on a regular basis. Brilliant company.

I used Aleppo Pepper to make Muhammara, a middle-eastern hearty hazelnut and roasted red pepper dip or spread that's all sorts of savoury, slight smokey, and just enough spicy. I added chickpea for extra protein. Very pleased with result.
