They are good the taste is ok I got the fruit punch I did have a problem with it sticking to the other cup but with a little pressure it cam loose. I definitely feel and energy kick. It's my go to each day and anytime I need more energy

The flavors are a little bitter, but the energy is noticeable and I love the idea. I’m an avid Crystal Light drinker and would love to replace those with this. If there is a way to reduce the bitterness and somehow imprint inside a 16.9 oz bottle (or really any bottle with a cap), that would make me do the switch permanently.
