The lamb tenderloins were tender and flavorful eaten both hot and cold. No need to marinate or season heavily. The complaint I have is that four of them come in one package with no way to separate them without thawing the whole package. This will probably prevent me from purchasing them again.

The best lamb we have tasted since visiting New Zealand. NZ lamb is by far the best!
