Absolutely delicious. So much meat too! The bone is thin and small in each 'section', unlike typical beef ribs which are mainly bone with very little meat. I braised mine. So yummy! An excellent value too!

Our order arrived carefully packed and still frozen solid. The venison is tender and has a mild flavor. We plan to order again.

I ordered 20 lbs of ground venison and I have to say. The meat looks amazing . Order came very quickly and the meat was still very well frozen . I have no tried it yet . But I already know I will NOT be disappointed.
