The first tahini that arrived was oily on the outside even though it was nicely packed and boxed. I emailed customer service. They apologized and said it sounds like it exploded inside the container. I got a reply within a few hours, and they immediately sent out a new one - got it in 2 days! Things happen - but Excellent service!

I was having trouble with one of the caps and had to cut off and use a cork. They were prompt in answering my email and followed up with a new bottle of olive oil. I was really pleasantly surprised and impressed. !
