Oysters were very meaty and salty. Everyone enjoyed them very much. The shuck set worked great and the gloves were super strong and well worth it.

Light, fresh, easy to shuck. Salinity was nice, not too strong. Aftertaste - warm umami on your tongue. For one of us, aftertaste was like dessert. Our son took the trouble to text later, "Those were really good. Probably my favorite. " We recommend Island Creek to our friends. Will definitely get Norumbega Oysters again!!!
