Great PEI oysters. Briny. Fresh. Tastes like the ocean in the best possible way. 99/100 oysters in perfect condition. Easy to shuck. Shell a little fragile, but not a problem once I got used to it.

While I love a classic mignonette, this elevated it and offered a lovely alternative!
