These were indeed large oysters! I found them a bit more difficult to open than regular ICOs. I needed a longer oyster knife. But they were briny and very tasty. We grilled about half of them with your suggestion of butter and tabasco. They were fabulous! We will probably go back to regular oysters for our next order but this was a new and fun oyster experience.
