I'm so glad I heard the piece about Island Creek Oysters on NPR about a year ago. I've never had a bad experience with either the oysters or the shipment/delivery. You are an inspiration to my son who wants to start his own oyster farm some day.

Great packaging. The Honeydrops were very clean right out of the bag. We also purchased Wellfleet and char-grilled them. Delicious!

Arrived on schedule and at temperature. Some of the most flavorful oysters I (we) have had any time recently. Group of 8 went through 50 oysters in record time, mostly forgoing the mignonette and cocktail sauce to avoid masking the oysters themselves. A repeatable experience for us. Strongly recommended. Always good service from Island Creek.
