Superior Service! I ordered 3 pies to use as prizes for a Kentucky Derby/Casino event my company was hosting. The original pies were deliverd poorly by FEDEX, putting the box on it's side so all the pecans slid to the side and damanged the crusts. I called customer service, sent them pictures of the damaged pies, and was sent fresh new pies the next day! I will always order from Goode Company!

My company was looking for a uniquely Texas gift to send to potential clients after they have visited us in Austin. I have received Goode pecan pies in the past with a custom lid, and remembered how impressed I was with the presentation, and more importantly the taste. Working with Wyconda on creating the custom lids was a pleasure. Not only she guide me in creating the ideal design, but she set expectations, stayed in constant contact, and most importantly under promised and over delivered! The pies that we have sent so far have been HUGE success! Of course we had to try one in the office, and the entire team agrees that these may be the best pecan pies ever with perfect balances of texture and sweetness, Thank you in helping is find a gift that vis both memorable and delicious!
