Online ordering was seamless. Product was delivered lightning fast. But the packaging was amazing! Boed within abox with shock absorbing material providing a cushion to the glass jars - knocked my socks off...until I found one jar had somehow broken. As incredible as I thought that mishap was, customer service surpassed expectations and remedied the break overnight. This service is extraordinary!

Bone Suckin Sauce has been my go-to for years. I ordered almost a crate full, and it was promptly received. Although packed impeccably, one jar was broken in transit, causing sauce to spill over much of the contents in the box. I notified customer service and the entire case was replaced! Definitely a generous, unnecessary response, but also an example of how wonderful this company is.
