Bone Suckin Sauce has been my go-to for years. I ordered almost a crate full, and it was promptly received. Although packed impeccably, one jar was broken in transit, causing sauce to spill over much of the contents in the box. I notified customer service and the entire case was replaced! Definitely a generous, unnecessary response, but also an example of how wonderful this company is.

I had an issue with an order that arrived with a jar damaged in transit. The replacement process was seamless, the staff helpful, friendly and efficient. The replacement goods were received in a day's time - not a moment lost!

Has a great taste with some heat

1. Shipping is a bit pricey 2. It would be nice if you could order multiple gift packages and ship to several address all from one order. 3. The discount for Black Friday using the code given was only good one 1 order, other companies allow the discount on all the orders.
