Sayersbrook Bison Ranch

Hubby loves stew I make from the bison cubes! Always arrives quickly and still frozen. We order lots of different things and have never been disappointed.

Delicious & very lean

We recently ordered many pounds of elk and wild boar. All items came packed very nicely and had not defrosted during the shipping. We used the meats to make a ragú which came out perfect.

We buy these as often as possible. They are always frozen upon arrival and are so juicy and tasty. We love everything we have ordered so far-the ostrich steaks are yummy too!

Loved the Bison and Elk Steaks super tender and delicious! Will be back for more!
