The products look good and so did the delivery time but I still haven’t gotten my order And I ordered on the 28th of November

Products were good however I was expecting to receive some sort of guidance as per what's in the box. Also, packaging is not great. This was for a gift and once you open the box there is no way to close it again (apart from using cellotape, which is not ideal)

Had better standard boxes with more variety

Easy to order but I’m still waiting for my items to arrive. Ordered a week ago website said super fast delivery in the UK but status still says on its way :( as this is a birthday present.. I’m worried it isn’t going to arrive in time now. Would definitely re think who you send you parcels out with as it’s not quick. I have also tired to contact you by your website but just come out with error messages. Starting to think I’ve been ripped off
