Runamok

I love the product but Website is misleading. I ordered smoked instead of pecan smoked because I already had some. Turns out it’s the same thing. Rumamok did nothing for me when I ended up with more of one product than I need. They really only have a few products labeled several different ways.

Drastic skimpflation here. Great product but price is going up while volume of product is drastically going down. No longer worth the cost for shopping with you.

It was ALL very good , fast shipping , great price , the product itself was not as good as you would expect , but i guess thats why it has a lower price than other similar products like pappy maple syruo.

The checkout process was horrible. I had 3 items in my cart, entered my coupon, then decided to ADD 3 more items. The checkout could not handle that simple transaction and gave me error messages that would not let me proceed. Deleting items, deleting the coupon and trying again all failed. I had to open a new private browser and start anew. It was terribly frustrating and not something that should occur in online retail in 2023. I almost did not buy the products due to the circular errors.

The best syrup in the world best I have ever tasted hands down it’s now my new favorite. I ordered 2 bottles only complaint was one of the bottle plastic cap was cracked. :(
