It was a great experience. We had to make a large bulk order, they were able to accommodate the order and walk us through information on the phone. The packaging was also great for easy transportation to our event.

There was an issue with the first product delivered and management did a wonderful job assisting us with this and provided a replacement product which arrived promptly without any problems.
