Runamok maple syrup is the best! They’re quick to deliver and I love and use the cinnamon vanilla in my Chi Tea everyday. With the low glycemic index it tremendously has improved my glucose readings as a diabetic. Sugar substitutes and I have parted ways since finding Runamok. You won’t be disappointed.
