We were happy with a good experience. Nothing was on back order nor arrived broken. The syrup was yummy. I wanted a gift to share with a ministry I serve in. This popped up, I saw the ratings and everyone served up Christmas pancakes. Thank you.

placed my order over the phone because on-line ordering has too many terms you have to agree to. the phone customer service rep. was so very nice to deal with - efficient, courteous.
