Ok, so, the syrup is good, but here's the customer service story. I ordered a few items as a gift, to send to a friend/colleague in GA. Well, between a refresh where the website or browser updated my billing info, they also refreshed and defaulted back to my shipping info being my house, not the GA address. Shipping was "free" - so when it got here, I was annoyed that I would probably have to ship it myself to GA and pay. I reached out just to see. They offered a handful of options, and when I suggested an alternative, they agreed and complied and one would think - poof great. Well I live in a fedex desert apparently and would have had to have driven over 20 miles to drop off the box now. So I had to reach BACK out and ask for a pick up call from them to fedex b/c I couldn't do it myself without their account number. They obliged. I will say - comically, even that went wrong, and fedex showed up unexpectedly at my colleague's house in GA - and he's a very private dude. But fed ex also happened to stop here with a package and took the dang thing anyway. But - all that being said, most businesses would have told me to go screw... and Runamok did everything possible during the holidays to make what was ultimately MY mistake in not double checking after that stupid browser refresh - right... so BRAVO runamok.
