This was my first Rook online purchase. I usually purchase my cold brew bottles in person, but I decided to try Rook’s online ordering and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. I placed my order and it was at my doorstep the next morning. My two bottles were in a very cushioned and insulated bag which also contained two large ice packs. Everything was then packed inside a sturdy box. I unpacked my two bottles and they were both in perfect condition and as cold as if I had just taken them out of the refrigerator. Rook’s service, selection, and shipping all get 5 stars!
