I ordered and sent a box of coffee for my daughter who attends school in Florida. I made a mistake and sent to the wrong address. When she went to the residence where it was delivered, they claimed they didn't know anything about it. I emailed Rook and explained the situation. Christina emailed me back right away and she could not have been more helpful. The issue was resolved and a new box was sent. Thanks Rook you guys are great!!!
