Love the new formulation of Coltrane

I like the selection of coffees and the ordering process. It allows me to adapt my schedule of delivery. My only issue has been the consistency of shipping, for the last month or so, Coltrane has not been available and it throws off when I get my shipment. The weather has been crazy so I’m not sure how much that has been a factor. In the past, when my order was received and a confirmation of my order was emailed to me, I knew my order would be shipped in a timely manner. I hope this is temporary
