My only issue was the way the bottle was packaged and shipped. There was no actual bottle enclosure. It was pretty much shipped in a plain brown packing box and taped securely. No brand packaging and decorative box at all.

I have been a regular buyer of Qui in Platinum stores and online. A recent shipment was damaged during shipping which Qui promptly replaced. Very impressive customer service.

Package was in good shape when it arrived. You have to sign for the box. That is challenging because you have to be home.
