Products are excellent, wonderful! Shipping last time was not so excellent; the Queen Creek representative blamed the postal service, rather than a not-so-great packing. It resulted in only one bottle broken (oil all over the rest of the package), which was, of course, replaced. The representative maintained it was not his packing, but instead was the fact that it was shipped to a post office box. (btw, I have never had any issue with our local post office -- for anything!)

I tried to get someone to inform me on having a rehearsal dinner by email at least three times and calling twice. Never heard back .
