Fabulous fish. My grandkids loved the smoked ocean trout and declared it “The best fish ever”; high praise indeed, since they are seasoned sushi lovers. My daughter and I didn’t even get to taste it more than a mouthful. However, both the hot and cold smoked salmon were so delicious that we felt we’d had our treat. Superb. Excellent fish and great, speedy (in these weird times) delivery too.
