This was my first time doing a juice cleanse. I will say I think I chose the right company to try. I was expecting to be gaging through this as I'm not big on green healthy shakes. Although the green wasn't my favorite, it was not my least either. I had no problems drinking it. The MYLK with protein were my fav. I will most likely add these to my diet to have as a mid day snack!
