I have been using Pukara Estate Caramelised Vinegar for quite a few years now. I recently looked at the website and ordered a larger amount which arrived quickly which I am very happy with. I often serve it with warmed olive oil as a dipping sauce with sourdough bread, always a great hit with our family and friends
