I had bought a previous wine pass and could not locate number or pass. Tried to retrieve on your website and could not ???? With much frustration and no phone number to call ended buying a new one. Not very happy about this.

Bought the pass through Groupon expecting it would have been vouchers to redeem for an experience. Instead, it was just access to coupons. Napa Neighbors had better offers during January.
