I am just learning how to mix the planut barista mix and ways to enhance it. It is good and I love not having the emulsifiers and gums in it, and sweetening to my liking with clean ingredients such as dates or maple syrup. Still working on the exact ratio of product, but I love that it is available and I don't have to run to the store when I need more milk!

It great that I can make it as I need it and having to throw out unused plant milk, Love that the shelf life is a year.
