These fermented almonds are incredible - our family went through a 4 pound bag in a week. Really unique taste and flavor that I haven't ever seen in a normal grocery store.

They are the best & when the fermented juice is available I purchase 2 jars. What I use it for is a shot in the morning to start my day, also add same to soaking beans before cooking them.
