The shop is a treasure cave, the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and amazingly patient at Christmas! The Sales department in Gloucestershire is so very helpful, the cheeses are well packed and both places sell their cheese in such good condition. Jazz's descriptions on YouTube make me wish I could eat a great deal more cheese!
