I just started an AIP diet and I was having a large amount of difficulty determining what I could eat if I was not cooking. This is great. The food is really good and there are many options for each meal. Thank you!!

My box always arrives sooner than I anticipate. The food is in great shape and easy to prepare. Soooo good too! Thank you for making my AIP diet a little easier to manage. ☺️
