My experience with customer service was excellent. I had previously not had any difficulty in receiving my order. However, my most recent order, perhaps because of a holiday, did not arrive timely. When I called customer service, she quickly agreed that the product may not be the freshest with the delay. She immediately offered full refund or new shipment at no cost (I chose new shipment because I was excited to receive the product). The second shipment arrived timely. I appreciate good customer service
