Great fish, amazing taste, so simple and convenient. Kinda want to keep Oshen a bit secret, but they also deserve the credit for the great product! I also looked into their suppliers and encourage others to do so.

First test was served sashimi style with ponzu. Excellent clean taste. Its not melt in your mouth 5 star from a high end sushi restaurant. Purchasing for home use, its top notch.
