It contains an excellent sweetener. The sweetness may be deluded with lukewarm water or almond milk. You can even use it as coffee sweetener. It’s a No sugar/milk/soy/gluten and low carb. Somehow it also soothes the throat after coughing. One problem; it’s way too expensive. But thanks for the product.

Good nutrition value and easy to get it

I love Orgain and use several of your products on a subscription basis. My RN/Dietitian/Nutritionist suggested them for me and I love the powders!!!! This bar is good and taste great, just concerned about the amount of sugar that is in the bar.
