Website was informative. Communications on shipping status were timely, accurate, and appropriate. Shipping was fast and well packed/protected. For this bag-in-a-box, it could have shipped in the mfg. box without all the extra protection that Olive Oil Lovers gave it, though I'd want that protection if it was a glass bottle.
