The Soups are actually good and filling. This is a great way to lose the weight put on during the holidays. It's a little expensive, however, and I was disappointed to see a price increase from last year.

My order came in a timely manner and the food is good for diet food! Granted you have to prep the food a day ahead. It’s ok with me. Because I want the most out of my food and the food is dehydrated so I’ll take the time to make it ahead
