I don’t normally write reviews but I’m excited to say I’ve lost 20 lbs. i have to have knee surgery and need to lose quickly, but safety. This is a commitment I had to make either lose or have pain all my life. This diet is hard at first, but I found that the food wasn’t that bad. I’ve been on it long enough now that I know what I like Only problem is that some things, or a lot of things are out of stock. The delivery is prompt and packed very well. I enjoy getting a sample I have no complaints. Like it for what I need it for. Oh and another thing is that there isn’t a lot Written about this. How it works why it works ets. Thank you. I had been looking to buy the vanilla meal replacement for a while now. It had been out of stock. I really like how thick the shake is and all the protein it has in it. It taste good and fills me up.
