I was trying to use my rewards to order a smoothie boost. I had to add another item in order to add rewards item in the cart. I ordered dark chocolate as an additional item. I had to pay the difference for the boost as well as the chocolates. I never received the chocolates. Otherwise food is excellent. Tastes amazing. I had few instances of spoiled dinners. I called customer service and they offered fasting bars to make up for it but never received the bars.

Order came exactly on schedule both times and was very well insulated against our 100° + heat. Portion sizes are very large but protein is scant - estimate 2 oz portions in my pescatarian meals. All the fish meals except one were very “fishy”. I did not particularly enjoy any of the dinners and most of the lunches made me gassy/bloated. Ordering was confusing for me and I didn’t realize initially that each meal is labeled by day #. Price point at 30% off was about right for my budget. Thanks for asking.

Unfortunately, spent a lot of $$ for food that I can barely force myself to eat…and I almost always like all kinds of food. First of all, the amount of carbs were extreme high and the taste of the food was very unappealing. Prolon coach said N4L had a new chef and the food was sooo much better. I did not taste N4L before new chef, but if this is better, I am sorry to hear that…wasted $175 for AWFUL food.

Unfortunately I can't give N4L a better review. They used to be a good company. Recently the quality of the food, packaging and customer service has plummeted. When I shared my views with them, I was invited to use another meal delivery service instead of caring about how they could improve. Until they get/if they get back on track, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. They don't care anymore ☹️ which is sad. A year ago I would have given them a 5 star review.
