While I'm delighted that N4L created a KetoFlex delivery program AND that the meals are super tasty, I was disappointed that the 2 salads arrived half spoiled. So, I called customer support and left them a detailed message. I also tried reaching them via a reply text but I never heard back. I'll give them another chance, since I'm sure that creating KetoFlex meals was no small feat. I would just urge them to improve their quality control AND customer service if they want to win customers' trust. Best of luck!
