I order emergency supplies from various companies monthly. This is my first order with NS and I am disappointed. Out of the four packages I order three had damage, compromising the seal and integrity of the food inside. This could just be a shipping issue but I am waiting to here back from NS. The Lasagna pack arrived sealed and in solid condition.

Delayed. Water bottle dented and one of the packages broke open
