Hey don't get me wrong,I love the product and free delivery, but not the reason I'm taking it (early onset dementia). Also and most important to me there is no other means of payment EXCEPT credit card. Also when customer services call to ask if its ok to deliver product with limited best before date (they have done so twice) I have no problem with that as I use them immediately. BUT when I ask them to talk to management to develope alternative payment methods I just get fobbed off. This is important to me as I don't want large credit card accumulation. Poli or account to account are now available at many retailers but not Nutricia. I find this frustrating. Please Nutricia listen to your customer(s). Surely this wouldn't increase costs as you would save 2.5%? fees. Charles
