I'm not skipping my breakfast anymore
Love the Plenny shakes, drink them for breakfast. So far I just skipped my breakfast because I don't feel like being busy in the kitchen in the morning.
I hoped that all the added B12 won't cause a breakout on my skin, because I get acne from high doses of B12 - it was all good with the Plenny shakes.
I prepared my shakes for a week "wrong" because the scoop is numbered between 10-90, I thought those numbers indicate grams, but they mean 90cc which is only 45g. That was confusing, but actually written on the package.
I tried the chai-latte and vanilla taste: mixed them together, because I think the chai latte dosen't have much taste on its own. I also didn't notice the effect of caffeine in the chai latte.
All in all I'm happy with the shakes, will try out other tastes.
