Service is so easy and I walk in and grab whatever meals I need for the week. And Mara is the BEST!

Mara at the Mid Rivers location is absolutely delightful to see when I pick up my meals. Her energy is SO kind, inviting and warm. I look forward to when she is working.

This has been my go to place for a little while now. It is the most rewarding feeling to get a healthy meal in during a busy workday. It also makes explaining ahead really easy. The food is delicious and the people are so friendly. Jillian and Mira are so knowledgeable and always willing to give great suggestions

No complaints when I shop at Fit Flavors. Glad you have one on this side of the river now. Although it's still an hour drive, it's well worth it!
