Nick's Ice Cream

I have had a few issues with delivery and have had to contact the company a few times. I have had the best customer service representative experience I have ever experienced. Grace was the first CSR I was in contact with and walked with me through the whole process. She is such an amazing person, she is kind, understanding, attentive and an over all super star. Grace deserves a raise for sure after the amazing and excellent service she gave me during a pretty intense time when it came to my order. I was already a fan of the ice cream now I am a huge fan of the company, their values, their treatment of their customers and their dedication on making the customer experience a positive one. I was already a loyal fan of N¡ck's but now I am a dedicated customer and N¡cks will always be in my freezer!
